What is COUNSELLING/PSYCHOTHERAPY?

I embrace your vulnerabilities in an empathic and accepting manner. In feeling heard and understood, you learn to be more accepting of yourself, others, your past and present.

When therapy is conducted over time, it can generate deep and profound changes within.

How can I help you?

I offer telephone and face-to-face therapy.

I work with people going through significant life changes e.g. divorce, separation, job loss, life -threatening illness, bereavement, mid-life crisis, which result in feelings of aloneness, insecurity, desperation and depression.

How does it work?

I rely on the client-centred model within the humanistic approach, which stresses our relationship as part of your healing and growth process.

This process frees you from past pain and allows you to be more forgiving and compassionate of yourself and others.

I may, with your permission, offer an action-oriented approach through life coaching or a spiritual one, through Reiki. I could also go deeper with you via hypnotherapy or dream analysis.
